Sup Rakuen. Jenny (Vriska's mun) here, bringing with me my second character from the Tales of Vesperia fame. This guy is Don Whitehorse, and he's pretty much the biggest badass you'll ever know.

There's a lot to say about him, but I'm at work at the moment so I can't really tl;dr about his awesomeness. So I'll just link you to his application for your perusing pleasure.

He's over in the Conquest dorms and he'll be teaching a class about Guild Laws.
