Semi Finals!

The next stage of the tournament is up! The pairings for the semi finals are:

3PM: Daenerys Targaryen vs Stellaluna
5PM: Duzell vs Arthur Pendragon

The IC post is here. Some of the threads are placeholders as I don't know which Weapons the characters are using yet, please reply to this post to let me know so it can be announced IC.

As in the knockout rounds you don't have to log your fight if you don't wish but you do need to report who won to the Battle Records by the 7th June. For any battles not decided by then I will flip a coin to decide the winner.

I have to talk to Duzell-mun about it (and this is my attempt at pinging without being able to really be on aim until later) but I'd prefer that Dany loses to Stellaluna and Arthur beats Duzell?

I'll be okay with a coin toss loss, otherwise, ICly there needs to be a good reason.

IC reasons would be that arthur is a trained knight who has been fighting since hes been old enough to, hes won countless battles and a few wars and is that guy who in canon doesn't lose. Hes also super pissed off this round because of a betrayal and is using these fights to get out his anger, which would make him more precise and not less.

But im totally cool leaving it up to a coin toss or RNG, we can have Katy generate an answer

I know history, but not the canon (if Arthur is coming from a series).

Duzell is one of the strongest fighters in his canon, so I have to keep that in mind, you know? He’s lived for over a hundred years and started a war out of boredom. He is a very powerful swordsman. Tarei knows the fandom too, if you want to verify any of this.

But we’re not here to show each other up, so let’s leave it up to the coin flip. Whatever the outcome, we’ll make it work. :)

I just read up a but more on Duzell (I'm so canon blind, sorry), I didn't realize he was that strong! This should be a good fight and I'm fine with either outcome so lets leave it up to chance!

No problem! VG isn’t very well-known.

I think either way, the match will be close, and a very good fight. :) Since both Arthur and Duzell are great with swords.

Katy here, IC wise I think these two are pretty much evenly matched though I only know Duzell's history from what I have read. Especially since Duzell atm only has one Weapon or two if you manage to find another whereas Arthur has 3 I think it would be an incredibly close match whoever wins.
