Plot: Lelouch has been steadily learning more about the towers and he has a plan to make use of the colored handprint-shape panels. So he is collecting two prefects from each school, one from each dorm within that school. He is Pale, we just need one from White dorm that's not Santana. Red and Black dorm people get to volunteer from the list above.
We can come up with some sort of conversation that ended in Lelouch convincing the people in question to help him, so while Lelouch would prefer his inner circle (and Britannia and Suzaku are welcome to come along and be bodyguards), I am open to anyone, because the boy needs more CR.
