COUPLE QUICK ANNOUNCEMENTS

It's Wednesday, and we can't keep backdating Round 1 arrivals forever, so from this moment forward, all new characters applied for will have to wait until Round 2 to arrive. Your apps will still be processed as usual, and you can still participate in memes on crackuen and hang out in our AIM chat, exaclan, but your characters won't arrive until Saturday, 19 February. We apologize for any inconvenience.

There are a couple of other minor things we also need to announce:

1. Due to mods not thinking things through initially, Discards are now able to use school computers, but for only one purpose: To access the "Seeking..." subforum of the Exaclan message board. This is the forum that Discards and Players alike may use to match up with each other. (Please note that vows must be made in person.)
   
   Everyone's memory of the state before the change (that is, that it was ever any different) has been removed for mysterious shadowy sysadmin reasons; at this time, there is no way to unlock this memory.



2. We were asked a few days ago what happens if characters lose enough tokens to go below zero. For now, we aren't answering that! If it happens to one of your characters, though, please go report it on the Booths page so we can take action when it happens.
   
   As for tokens, the most you can lose during one round (due to not fighting, at least) is 3; so, even if a Player starts a Round with zero tokens and refuses to fight at all, the least they can possibly wind up with at the end of the Round is -3.

Hi there, kupos!

Uh, I'm eibborn and I'll be your friendly moogle this evening. I guess I wriggled my way here at the absolute latest possible time to get in on the first (non-beta) round, so go me, I guess! Anyway, Montblanc here is being played from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. I've used his appearances in FFXII, FFTA2, and so on to help flesh out his backstory, but he's the head of the horribly named Clan Nutsy (never let a friend name your clan before you know he has good taste, kupo). I played him as a Thief/Juggler in my game, although he has a background in Black Magic, too. Consequentially, his weapon is a fancy dagger named after Famfrit, the moogle Totema. Uh, that's a guardian spirit kind of thing, for those who don't know the game.

Expect him to get all up in everyone's business being friendly and helpful, and maybe a little bit teasing if he has time.

Uhhhh, a fun fact about me? I guess I am kind of intensely interested in the subject of art in videogames and videogames as art. I could bore you to death talking about it. In fact, um, I think I'd better cut myself of here before I start going on about it.

Before I finish, though, does anyone want to room with him? I don't want to risk messing up pre-existing hopes for roomies or something like that by just jumping in. :V
