We're nearly two weeks into the beta, everyone! As you might have noticed from the new application acceptance comments, we've decided to extend the duration of the beta to the 21st of January. More on that in a sec. First, updates!

1) The Weapon Upgrades and Abilities pages now have beautiful new icons. These are the symbols that appear on a Power Ring when you activate it. There are also new rules for Power Rings: namely, that they can be transferred to someone else after activation, but they become half as effective. There are now over forty abilities!

2) The FAQ page now answers the question, "The character I want to apply for is on the reserve list!" and flails around the question, "How many IRL days are there to an IC day?" without actually answering it, because we still haven't worked that out. Feedback on this issue is needed, so get your commenting hats on.

3) The game has been very slow to start rolling. As such, we've extended the beta so everyone gets enough variety in the game to experience and judge it completely. This is mainly because you're all off being awesome with CR and socialising logs, but also because there are so few Players and there's no driving force behind battles that overrides the desire not to lose your Weapon. SO. We, the mods, propose that there be a penalty for Players who don't participate in Exaclan. That is: for every day in which you don't fight at least once, you lose 1 token.

[EDIT:] Pyth suggests: if three days pass without a battle (either following a battle or the start of the round) the Player starts getting the token-a-day penalty until they have another battle.

Additionally, we've made a Battle Matchups post over on the modjournal. If you're looking for a battle, or can't find someone on AIM, that's where you go. Make sure you check the post often!

4) Due to player comments, we've added an easy-access log/battle form at the top of rakuen. They aren't compulsory for logs, but if you feel your post would be made clearer by adding the form, that's what the sticky is for.

5) There was a positive secret about everyone last night on roleplaysecrets! Congrats, everyone, you're doing brilliantly. ♥

ANYWAY! I'm bringing in El and/or Karin Asagiya. All you need to know is that he's the Big Bad Guy of Shitsurakuen [for now, at least] and that he and Lelouch should meet.

Oh, and he sucks at disguises.
